Happy Holidays: a message from Manitoba Hydro

It’s been one of the most memorable years on record for many of us, but it’s almost over.

“On behalf of all of us at Manitoba Hydro, I want to wish all our Hydro Current readers a joyous holiday season,” said Scott Powell, director of communications for Manitoba Hydro. “At this time last year, when thinking about the year to come, I don’t think any of us expected we’d see the world completely upended by a global pandemic and our daily lives thrown into such disarray.

“I know for me, and indeed for all of us at Manitoba Hydro, adapting to the change forced upon us by COVID-19 was a challenge. I know this likely goes for each of you, too.”

“Again, on behalf of everyone at Manitoba Hydro, I hope everyone gets some time off and a chance to enjoy the holidays safely. Let’s hope the world starts turning back right side up in 2021.”
