On behalf of the employees at Manitoba Hydro, I wish you the best of the holiday season, and we hope it brings peace and joy to you and those closest to you. I thank you for the opportunity to serve you this past year and am grateful for the trust you place in us to supply reliable, renewable energy every day.

We do not take that trust for granted, and we strive to continue building that trust as the world of energy continues to shift and change. Each day over 5,000 Manitoba Hydro employees work across our province to help meet your energy needs.

The holiday season should also be about supporting those in need. I encourage everyone who can to support the charities in your community that can help brighten the holidays for those less fortunate. Over this past year and for many years previous, Manitoba Hydro and its employees have supported many worthwhile causes through volunteer efforts and charitable donations. Participating in our communities and helping those in need will always be a big part of who we are and what we do, especially during the holiday season.
